The center sponge is just thick enough to soften pressure as you apply wax or work in polish, without being so thick it absorbs an unnecessary amount of product. The pile is short with a suede-like feel. It is perfect for applying thinner-style waxes, such as synthetic waxes and sealants. Also great for applying trim dressings and protectants.
