Shipping Policy
General Delivery & Shipping Information
We offer a $6.99 flat rate shipping charge for all orders delivered within the continental U.S. If you have special needs or require expedited services, please visit our list of our full-service retailers at www.PrimaCarCare.com.
We ship M-F excluding national holidays observed by UPS. In most cases, orders placed by 1pm Mountain Time will ship the same day.
Shipping Options to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Destinations
We no longer offer shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO destinations. The government has decided we not only need to complete customs forms, but we must hand deliver the package to the post office then wait in line to present the package to the clerk on duty. Hopefully you can understand how this is not a good use of staff time. We are truly sorry we cannot accommodate your needs. Fret not, however, as most of our U.S. retailers are happy to take on this task for you.
Shipping Options to Destinations in Hawaii & Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, please choose UPS Ground as your shipping option; however, please note that the estimated charges shown on the order do not necessarily reflect your full shipping charge. We ship all Hawaii and Alaska shipments via U.S. Postal Service. These shipments may incur additional charges and will not leave our warehouse until the next business day after the order is placed, pending your approval of any additional shipping charges when applicable. Important: We will contact you via email to confirm any additional shipping charges to your destination. We will only charge you additional shipping charges if the U.S. Postal Service charges us additional charges above and beyond what you are initially charged. If you would prefer expedited shipping service, please contact us by phone or email for the additional charges for this service. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, due to the high cost of shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, orders shipping to these states are not eligible for flat rate shipping. Our sincere apologies!
Shipping Options to International Destinations
